Okracoke Island

If you haven't heard of this island, you have now! I didn't know about it but I am sure glad I found it. What a cute village. And it is definitely an island. I drove down the Outerbanks peninsula to the tip and caught the ferry to the island. Sam and I got a great campsite not far from the village. At the time, I did not have my bike on board so I rented a bike and biked to see the wild ponies. Boy was it HOT.
